Every 5 minutes. But I remind myself why I started this in the first place. I simply can’t get my health right on my own. I know what I need to do, I do it. But it just doesn’t damn work! I look at my husband & kids and want to spend more time with them doing stuff we enjoy & I can do it at this weight & health state. Then we have an argument at dinner and I rethink it all. But it’s.. them and (most importantly) ME, are totally worth this weird trip I’m taking is all on. Arguments and all, I WANT to spend more time with them! Playing the long game.
