That was my feeling. I would always get a bit nauseous with vitamins and surgery made it worse. It was either try the patch or not take them. Luckily, my bloodwork shows they are working for me, as several of my levels are up, even with the low calorie intake. -

I had the same issue. I now use the Patch MD multivitamin patch. Just had bloodwork and the only thing that was slightly low was my iron. I ordered straight off their website. -
Get up and walk as soon as you can after surgery and do it often. It will help with the gas pain. Good Luck!

Biotene dry mouth spray...it helped a lot! And after surgery, get up and walk as much as you can. It helps the gas pain tremendously! Good Luck! 😊

1st milestone reached!! Officially under 30BMI!!! Yes, its only .1 under at 29.9...but I'll take it! Next milestone is to have lost more than I have to lose. 4 more pounds and I'll hit that milestone! 😁 -

Not sure why, maybe due to not consuming sugar or so few carbs so far...but I have no body odor. Have not wore deodorant since day before surgery. ☺️ -

Hang in there! Promise it gets better! Do you have a heating pad? I laid on one and it seemed to help whatever soreness/stiffness I was having. You got this!

I had the same issue. My nutritionist suggested I chew each bite at least 20 times and put my fork/spoon down between bites...which was hard when I was just eating yogurt, but now that I am on soft vegs/fish, I am trying to do this. It has helped. Good Luck!
