Guess what! Starbucks has a new drink for all of us lapbanders! It's called a Vivanno. It's a smoothie. There are two different kinds. There is a chocolate banana and an orange mango. They have 270 calories, 21 grams of protein, 5 grams of fiber, and only 5 grams of fat. These are great (I've had one already) replacements for your usual, mediocre protein bar.

Hi I was the same way.Some people just wont feel full until the first 1-2 fills. Just try to eat the four ounces and wait 20 mins. They say that it takes 20 mins.after you eat for your brain to realize that your full! dont give up.It will work out so keep the faith! -
Hi All! Im six weeks out and down 30 pounds!!! Im so excited and feel great! I cant wait to see what the next six weeks has in store for me. I have been walking every day but dont know if ill ever work up to running.but that is my dream.
