Hi, I went on lap band in 2011with great trepidation but lost 30 kilos or thereabouts. I had NO problems for 10 years but then lap band started eroding and bless the emergency hospital, I had an emergency operation and lap band was taken out ................the surgeon told me I was that far away from getting a huge hole in my tummy.

BUT I am gaining weight !! 10 kilos in 4 months !! Fortunately, I started up private health insurance again and I'm just waiting until September to get a sleeve....

I've attached the first quilt I've ever made as well. I need to find some photos of me in the last few years then now.
