Those of you who had it done, what was your post op diet. Had mine yesterday and gastro doc said 4 weeks of clear liquids, 4 weeks of full liquids and then soft. I don’t see how I can get enough protein in the first 4 weeks ?? anything that helps me get back in the weight loss mindset is worth it to me

I had mine done yesterday. I read mixed reviews. I figure if it helps me get back in weight loss mode it’s worth it. But my gastro dr who did it gave me a weird diet timeline. What is yours?
