    Last week, I finished my workout and was walking to fill my water bottle in a hallway water dispenser in our hospital. When I turned, I heard, "Holy sh*t!". A nurse I know said it, she said she thought I was an 18 year old...I'm 53. She couldn't believe how tone I am.
