Hey I am so happy to hear you are doing well. Did you talk to your doctor about the swollen abdomen? Did that just happen? I wonder how it feels not to have hunger. Not too long for me now omg lol

My dietician didn’t give me any specific instructions on what I could and couldn’t eat. I asked her and her answer was very ambiguous so I’m just frustrated. I have been eating sugar free Jello sugar free popsicles sugar free pudding shrimp Protein Shakes tuna and of course a lot of Water. I eating about 600-800 calories a day. I also had chicken breast and ground turkey a few times last week. Then I had cream of chicken Soup yesterday. I did lose about 9 lbs so are over like 6 or 7 days but idk I’m just getting overwhelmed.

Are cream of Soups, the 98% fat free kind, are these ok to eat while on the pre-op diet? They seem to have a lot of carbs and sodium but I know people use those are their staple. I bought a few yesterday and I had a cream of chicken and it was really good. So now I’m worried that maybe I shouldn’t have them? Please help! This also goes for the Sugar Free Chocolate and vanilla puddings, are these ok?

So I’m down almost 13 lbs since I started my preop. I can’t believe the difference! Wonder how I’m going to look after 6 months post op wow!

I got approved and my official surgery date is March 17th. Anyone else for March?

You look totally amazing! How much have you lost and in what time period?

lol yes they are what get me through. I’ve lost a total of 11 lbs since surgery and almost 30 lbs since I started my preop diet so it’s definitely working.

I’m a week out post op and even though I haven’t felt hunger I want to chew something and it’s killing me!! This is so much harder than I thought I just want to chew. I’m not going to do anything stupid but just venting helps.

Once you get on smooth you will be fine. Eat popsicles! 15 Cal each. Eat 4 or 5 Live a little!
