  1. I tried slowing down a lot and eating smaller portions. I find when I running around eating breakfast it goes down easier, but I think it is because I take a bite, run and do something then come back. I have realized at dinner protein and maybe a little veggies, but I only putting one thing at time on my plate. Last week I was in Vegas for work and I lost 5lbs. I guess because I was alone and ate pretty much protein... protein. This week haven't lost any. I don't think I have been a good eater I have had a few carbs here and there. Tonight is Poker night at our house, so I better be good. Great to hear from you. Keep in touch
