Awesome! What kind of multi did you take?

How many bites could you get in?! I’m so excited for eggs.. in two weeks lol. My program doesn’t allow them until week 4

My tummy are starting to hurt also.
Will try some natural remedies today and see if it helps. If not I have to get something stronger from the parmacy. 😥I took 2 dulcolax and it got things moving

It’s very likely reglan. Anxiety and panic attacks ARE a possible side effect of IV reglan. There is no IV Ritalin—that is a drug for ADHD.

Also... does anyone have LARGE, DARK bruising? Especially at the stomach-removal incision? I am going to go on a search for what's normal there and what... isn't. Because it is like 😳I just did yesterday after taking dulcolax. I’d went like 6 days. Sleeved 11/3. It’s been pure liquid since. TMI but just needed the dulcolax to move the last remaining solids from my system from pre op. I lost 2 lbs just from the BM for a total of 11 lbs the first week.

I didn't take the last iv pain med because I didn't think I needed it. I gotta say, it's kinda cool to not be hungry at all. I've seen commercials on tv (which I don't tend to watch, but what else is there in here? LOL) that would normally have me salivating, but I'm like "meh..."
I'm getting better at getting Protein Shakes down (I can do 2oz in half an hour now, go me!) and I've discovered that Water has to be ice cold (or even ice chips) to avoid hiccups.
The hospital is 60 miles round trip from my house, so I haven't had visitors (I'm pretty okay with that with how horrible I was Tuesday), but I'm looking forward to seeing my family now.I agree—that large incision where the pulled the stomach out is the most sore! I learned my stomach does not like crystal light or any other artificial sweetener. Water and Protein it is 😬

On day 1 (the day after surgery) I am supposed to have 30 ml (1oz) every hour. I'm lucky if I get 10ml and even then I end up dry heaving all over the place. The lady I'm sharing the room with said I've gotten her gagging a few times. I'm a terrible neighbour. The nurse says it's ok... It's not abnormal so it should wear off. Fingers crossed for that sooner rather than later.

Same here I had surgery Tuesday and yesterday was truly awful. So much pain and nausea. They offered to keep me another night but I figured I could at least go home and be miserable in my own bed. I can say now that it’s Thursday I’m not feeling near as bad as I did yesterday.

Generally you see if you have a hiatal hernia and check for gastritis. If you have either, a sleeve could make things worse and they’d generally opt for a bypass.

I find that I can tolerate 4-6 oz of Soup or liquids in one sitting without a lot of trouble. But once I start pushing 6, I have instant regret. My surgery was 11/3.
