This is the exact tool I needed to help reach my goals. Being a slow loser is somewhat discouraging but the upside is allowing my skin to keep up with the loss. Down 27lbs in 7 weeks. Haven’t had a problem eating any of the the healthy foods I’ve attempted. No more overeating! Definitely was an emotional eater and I wish I had done this years ago :( BUT WE ARE HERE NOW 💪🏼
