i had my barriatric surgery in January of 2015 and lost 100lbs.  my initial weight was 245lbs, and i went down to 145lbs over a period of 8 months post op.  4 yrs later the weight slowly creeped back but thank God I am disciplined with my food, i only gained 30 lbs and lost 10 of it.  Still trying to take of the last 20 lbs for good. I work hard as a Nurse practitioner and also plan on living a healthy life and enjoy my grown children and hubby. Happy to join this forum
