    I am 10 days post op (Oct 7) and feel great. I am on week two of post op liquid diet. Started my liquid diet on September 30 and as of today, Oct 17, I am down 27 pounds. I’m excited. You can do this!!

    I am 2 days away! I have done well on this liquid diet much to my surprise. Today is my last day of work before Wednesday’s operation and tomorrow I am having the EGD done. I am thankful for this forum.
