congratulations on moving through the first phase of what seems to be quite a process. thanks for sharing your experiences. I am scheduled to be banded on 8/26/08 and I feel the same exact way. I was so into it in the beginning and as I have gotten more into the process the idea of not eating real food and having physical discomfort is scary. But I know in my heart that I have tried everything else. I weigh 260 am 47 and have three children two of whom are five and four. So I have to change as we all do. I am so glad that I am not alone in having doubts and being scared. Please let me know how you are doing.
