  5. I'm in phase 3 right now. The best advice I can give you about phases 1 & 2 are to maintain mindful eating. Listen to your body. In the hospital they want you to drink 1 fl oz every 15 mins. Then then you come home...it'll probably be the same for a bit. If you feel like you can move up to two, do it...but you WILL ABSOLUTELY know when you can't have any more. You will feel full at the top of your stomach. Go too far you'll really feel pressure at your chest...never went past that and only got to the chest pressure 1 time
