Pureed - how do I know if I am full?

I didn't feel much restriction at all during the puree stage. I measured out everything. Still do. I would get the hiccups when I ate too much pureed food. It takes a while to figure it all out. When you start eating real food, you'll know.

    True One a Day Vitamin

Bariatric Advantage Ultra Solo with Iron is what I take. It was recommended in my program. I buy three months at a time.
  3. First slice was this past Saturday. Almost 3 months post surgery. Good, New York Pizza, from my favorite spot. Split one slice with my 3 year old grandson. He finished his, and I made it through half of mine. Lol. So 1/4 slice, but it was good, and I was happy. Before surgery, I could do 5 or 6 slices.
  4. Hang in there Mischa. You'll be with your mom again when its time. For now, concentrate on doing what they tell you to do both preop and post. Most importantly, the recovery process is temporary, and will pass. You'll will do great!!

  6. If your deductible is already met, and your maximum out of pocket is as well, you should be good to go. Just call your insurance company.
  7. I did the needles as well. Nothing to it. Sounds like you are recovering well!!
  8. Four weeks for me. I climb ladders, lift stretch, and bend.

    The dreaded stalls.... Help

I stall for a week, then lose for four or five days. Its fine as long as I keep trending down. I had a fantastic start, so no complaints here. I did expect it to be more like before surgery when I lost weight.
  17. 5 scars. Very ittle pain. But, about two weeks out I did something to cause a stitch inside the big incision to rip my abdominal muscles. Every time I moved the wrong way, it would do it again. Lasted almost three weeks and the pain was terrible. It finally dissolved and broke and in an instant, the pain was gone. So. Don't over do it. I thought I was at 100 percent, but I was not. I wasn't ready to lift anything or any strenuous activity. Totally my fault. You'll be fine. Just take it easy and do what they tell you.

    Over-eating

I'd ask your surgeon about the restriction. How much can you eat, or are you grazing? This is valuable time for you and you can't waste it. 35 lbs is a good start. Get back in there!!

    November 2020 sleevers

I stall every other week. I'll go a week or so at the same weight and then lose a couple and so on. Frustrating, but I'm getting used to it.
