I'm new to the group and finding my nerves getting the better of me as I get closer to my surgery. I was originally scheduled for April but it got pushed back due to COVID. I'm back on the schedule for 8/14. My surgeon gave me a list of vitamins but they all seem really pricey. I saw some in the shop here that were way more reasonably priced but any suggestions are appreciated. Thanks!
