mine is coming along, my surgery was 21 may and so far am down 53 lbs (I'm in Aus so work in Kg, had to google )

Hi all,
Just thought I'd check in and see how everyone is going now that we are at, or coming up to our 3 month surgery anniversary.
CONGRATULATIONS!
How is everyone feeling? Anyone having any issues?
I'm doing pretty well, coming up to 12 weeks next week and terrified of the dreaded 3 month stall!

No I haven't vomited, it's just nausea. I can hardly eat now. I eat chicken and egg. Few bites and I'm full. It's making me wish I hadn't had this surgery but I guess it's to late now[emoji849]

I had my surgery on June 9 and I was doing ok with food until this week and I started getting sick. Is this normal? I am sick of being sick. I am so sleepy all the time also. Last week I felt better than ever but that didn't last long.

My Dr recommended that I take the bariatric multi Vitamin but it is hard to chew and swallow bc of the taste. What other kind do yaw take?

It's worth it! I haven't lost much weight 5 weeks post op but I feel better than I've ever felt!

You are doing great! Try to remember that this is YOUR journey. I know it is very hard to refrain from comparing yourself to others, but it is important to know that everyone's journey is different. My weight loss has been very slow when compared to others, but that doesn't mean I haven't been successful. I wish you the best!

I was told by my dietician that carbonated drinks will stretch the sleeve.
