    Yes ?? And thank you. I was told it was mostly water and gas weight from surgery so I didn’t see it as a real victory. But you are absolutely right. 17lbs is 17lbs no matter what it is that is lost. Thank you for that

    Thank you all so much... I think I just panicked, because I lost 17lbs in the first 7 days and then lost and gained the same pound for the last 6 now lol... Still on full liquids and getting my water, protein and exercise in so I just didn’t understand. Thank you for your support and information. Have a wonderful day ??

    I am 13 days post op and have not lost a single oz since day 7 post op. Please forgive me if this sounds nieve but I am not sure what this means for my weight loss journey. Thank you in advance for any information.
