I used my own recipe.
2 eggs
15oz part skim ricotta
1/4 cup grated parmesan
1tsp ground garlic
1tsp black pepper
Dash of basil
1tsp Italian seasoning
1tsp salt
Mix all these well.
Spoon 1 to 2 teaspoons into each spot on a mini muffin baking pan that you’ve sprayed with Pam.
Sprinkle a touch of reduced fat mozzarella on top of each.
Bake 20 minutes at 375.
I’m thinking of making a bariatric cooking/recipe blog. I love cooking and being inventive and really want to stay within my approved foods. So it may be neat!Tried it my sleeve didn’t agree!!!! But it was yummy

Hey were surgery twins!!!!! I have lost 23pds and I feel great... but I’m still having pain in the incision they pulled the stomach out of... huh

I hate that I’m always having to sip something that tastes disgusting (protein shakes and broth) and my tummy is constantly rumbling and bubbling, and causing burps. I miss meals with my family.
I’ve seen from other threads that it gets better pretty quickly with most people able to eat mostly normally, although obviously in much smaller portions, around a month out. Trying to stay positive, but there have been moments when I’ve wondered if I made the right choice. I think the anesthesia effects, recovery from surgery, lack of calories, and hormonal differences do a number on your emotions. Can’t wait to feel more happy and healthy!

Well, I was slated to have surgery today but it got postponed because of my cardiologist wanting me to see a congenital cardiologist about my heart. I got cleared, but my new date is July 8th.I was on the liquid diet for 5 days when they postponed it (ughhhhhhh) but I know that I can do it and stocked up on broths and Popsicle. I found that Jello got kinda gross, kind quickly. If anyone is looking for different broths, Target has some Swanson's sipping broths that have different flavors (Ginger & Tumeric chicken and Lemon & Rosemary chicken) which have 9 grams of protein.. They're completely clear and delicious.
July 8th I’m soooo nervous y’all...

Congrats... I have the same problem... I spoke to my surgeon yesterday and he said that I have to chew chew chew.... so that is very important because those clumps can cause a lot of discomfort... I hope this helps.. I ate a salad yesterday and it with down perfectly because I concentrate on chewing..
