Congrats... I have the same problem... I spoke to my surgeon yesterday and he said that I have to chew chew chew.... so that is very important because those clumps can cause a lot of discomfort... I hope this helps.. I ate a salad yesterday and it with down perfectly because I concentrate on chewing.. -
