Lunana

Mother, wife, nurse, friend, and chronically overweight. I have tried every diet, every craze, every new diet to melt off pounds, free the skinny me, and get healthy. From WW to Nutrisystem, I have contributed time and money to bottomless pits of non compliance.  I am ready to succeed. Working towards this goal since September has strengthen my psyche and prepared myself and my spouse for this next stage. This time, I understand there is no magic panacea. The magic will be my own self awareness and ability to be committed to health and all of the quality outcomes that will occur as I learn to love myself, live in the moment, and guard the future.
