I think you will figure it out, I'm sure you will feel it if you think you've lost enough weight

I felt it was a major threat before I was vaccinated. After vaccination, I somehow felt relieved and not that worried anymore. I know that I could still get the virus but I'm sure that I won't be hospitalized or something.

1/3 cup ground chicken cooked in taco seasoning ( cook a pound and refrigerate- then measure 1/3 cup for each meal) I like it cold
1/4 cup pico de Galla (Aldi’s)
1/4 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
2 Tbsp of Lite Catalina dressing
1/2 bag of Quest taco flavor Protein chips ( small individual bag).
I sometimes add up to 1/2 cup bagged salad but I prefer it without the salad.
this sounds really good, and I also love taco salad

same with me, I have a heating pad ready whenever I have my period.

An unfortunate side effect of rapid weight loss such as is usually experienced after weight loss surgery is the formation of gallstones. Some sources say that gallstone formation can be found in as many as 35% of weight loss surgery patients.

You look great! Congrats on your progress

It's normal to be anxious before the surgery, some bariatric patients may feel even more anxious because the results do not become apparent on the day of surgery

I am taking steroids for my asthma, but definitely feeling better. I am so grateful I was no longer diabetic and morbidly obese when I got sick. With my asthma, it could have been very ugly. I am pretty sure all of our local hospitals have cancelled elective surgeries, as they are FULL. Our largest local hospital converted a floor of a parking garage into an overflow area last spring, and they reopened it last week.
Stay safe!
I am sorry to hear that you tested positive. I hope you recover real soon. You can try herbs to help improve your respiratory health.

Now I’m noticing that I tear up easily during rom-coms or touching commercials. Human interaction is so important and we are all isolated and yearning for life to go back to “normal”. There is no question that a low grade depression is manifesting, and I for one, am not interested in participating in that
My surgery was cancelled last week and if it isn’t rescheduled in December, this is the end of the journey for me. I can’t afford another max out of pocket in the new insurance year. I started to get really down and then I turned on the news. I realized quickly that I have nothing to be upset about! I have a roof over my head and have luckily held onto my job. I’m not in the hospital fighting for my life or wishing I had more time with a friend or family member who is sick. So this made me realize how much time I spend living in the future and how much time I waste not living in the present!
My new goal is to change my thinking behavior and not take any single moment for granted! How about a thread of positivity in the middle of a pandemic that is draining each one of us of happiness?
What is happening in your life right now that is AWESOME? Let’s share some light and lift each other up!!!!That's really great, you go girl!
for me, in spite of this covid situation we are all in, I am happy that I get to spend more time with my family and I am also thankful that I still have a job.

As you know, I love eyelet and black! You'd be right...time for size 4 slacks. These are my size 4 faded jeans for lunch today with a good friend. Finally cooler to wear denim for our Florida winters. Yay!
Wow, you look amazing!

Are you eating foods that trigger reflux? Also, try elevating your head when you are lying down

You should work alongside your doctor to choose the best weight loss procedure for you.
Developed Diabetes After Surgery

A significant number of patients experience either persistent type 2 diabetes after surgery or, after a few months or years in remission, experience relapse in the years following their surgery.
