Just had my anesthesia pre op and covid test today. Not the most pleasant thing in the world, but not as bad as I though it would be. Now to wait for the results.... June 22 can't come fast enough! This anticipation is probably worse than the actual surgery!

That's the diet they put me on when I first started back in February

For some reason my surgeon doesn't require it. I double checked. I have been on a diet for insurance approval purposes, but no liquid diet was required.

I'm getting sleeved on the 24th as well! Getting nervous/anxious. Just want it to be over with already.

Hello all. Just got my surgery date (6/22), and I'm excited/nervous. My main concern right now is how to tell my kids, specifically, my 11 year old, who is very sensitive, and tends to worry. Best to tell them now, so they can process, or tell them right before so they don't have much time to worry?

I just had my EDG Monday. Was sedated for it, and slept most of the day afterwards.
