hello! i am new and just noticed some of your post. your before... well looks like my now! i am almost done with my insurance and waiting to see if it gets approved. I am in your age range and i guess i am wondering if you have loose skin? you dont seem like it. so what excercises are you doing. you look fantastic!!!!! i hope i get an after like you. thank you for your help
