Thanks for all the info, unfortunately I did not get it until today! Its been a crazy few days! I lost 10 lbs on the pre-op diet which was HELL! Surgery was Tuesday and I'm feeling pretty good today. This post-op diet is pretty easy. So far so good! Have you done a fill appointment yet?
