I had my gallbladder removed years ago but had not thought about kidney stones. I think I should have walked more and have tried to do that more. Some gas is probably from my system getting used to the diet. I probably sit too much as well -
I have been out of surgery 9 days and have gas pain and having a hard time getting it out. Any suggestions?
