  2. Hi there. I am at 5 months post op and am experiencing hair loss and thinning. I take multi vitamin, B12 and Biotin every day. Had anyone tried a hair loss shampoo or product that helps through this phase ?

  4. Yes, and vegetables! I added to my soup, it thickened it but did not change the flavor so I’m good with it.
  5. Thank you. I’m about to make a vegetable soup (craving my veggies) and I want to add some protein to the pot so to speak. I will mix it cold. Thank you again!
  6. Anyone have any tips on how to mix unflavored protein into soups and oatmeal? I’m not doing right in that it gets clumpy and gummy ?

  14. I am at 5 weeks post op and am at a standstill with my weight. I was very sick for about 2 weeks and am just now able to incorporate soft foods into my diet. I want to continue to lose slowly, wondering if anyone else has experience they can share ?
  15. I am 4 weeks post op and curious about foods that some of you can no longer tolerate. I have found that most dairy and pasta makes me regurgitate about 20 minutes after eating. Should I expect this long term ?

  22. Thanks for all of the info. I am taking things slow as I have not been able to ingest much in the way of protein. 12/5 will be 4 weeks and feel better every day but am still on very limited soft foods.

  26. I am at week 3 post op, still doing full liquids, some soft foods but not much. Anyone here know if and when salads are possible? i am missing my salads !!!!
  27. Ha!!!! No, but my primary doctor mentioned it and I actually have on hand due to severe leg cramps I was plagued with prior to surgery! That makes perfect sense. Thank you for the reminder!!!
