If you are able to go grocery shopping. I would highly recommend getting tons of flavored tuna packs, low sodium turkey slices, 1%milkfat cottage cheese and shrimp. High protein with little carbs. These are my staple protein go-tos. That and tons of water. -

Hi all. Has anyone tried weight loss pills like ACV or green coffee beans?? Or even something prescribed like toprimate? HW 240 SW 227 CW 208 Started Week 6. Going strong on avg 2-3 lbs a week.
