I assume you meant 14 lbs. or maybe 11 lbs. Either way that's a pretty good result after 2 weeks. You are still in the "hell phase." Most of us started feeling better once we progressed to the solid food phase. Hang in there.

Icanmakeit is right, you're doing a great job whether its 11 or 14 lbs, its still a loss, not a gain ! You're in Bandster Hell, hunger wise, only until you get fills and find the green zone. Hang in there, you can do it !

thanks!! I'm 14 pounds down but scale has not moved in 2 days i realize this is silly as if i had not had the surgery i would have gained weight I'm sure. Im trying to focus on health and not pounds down every minute! thanks for the support

are you going to tell them before your surgery? I don't know if I would. I think I would tell them when you are back home and that way they wont worry at camp.
