  1. Sounds like me, it's driving me crazy, I go next week for an upper GI, but they don't think it's from the surgrey, I say it is
  2. I had gallstones, hernia, and fix up from when I got the lap band 10 years earlier, I had scar tissue, it was fine no extra problems, you will probably feel better anyway.
  3. I am in the same boat, I lost 85 gained back 10, now I am stuck can't lose but I am not gaining either. I am trying to write down everything I eat. I am so scared I will gain the little that I did lose and be right back in the same boat. I need to lose another 85 at least. Went to the doctor yesterday and they bascially told me there isn't much they can do now for me. I can't take diet pills. So i am going to lose I just need to get mad at myself. If I have to join weight watchers, jenny craig, medical weight loss etc all at once I want to lose the weight. I also feel like I can eat just about like I use to, but I stop myself because I dont want to blow up my stomache bigger than it is.
  4. I'm getting nervous, I had my surgrey in Sept 2019 lost 88 pounds, stalled and now I gained 5 pounds. I am so scared I'm going to gain the weight back. I've been trying really hard to stick with healthy eating, drinking a lot of broth to stay full. Any tips for me please.

  7. How about the year stall, I want to lose way more than I did.
  8. See I have never thrown up, sometimes if I eat to much I feel yukie. I even ask the doctor if he is sure he did the surgrey. Never no pain or anything. I had my surgrey Sept 2019 and have lost 70 pounds. I need to lose another 70.
  9. How can I slow myself down from eating to fast. I have always eaten fast, I have to slow down or I'm going to ruin my stomach. Now I'm stuck haven't lost anything for about a month and I know it's because I eat so fast I'm eating to much.

  13. First time doing any kind of forum on the computer so be patient with me. I'm scared I'm eating to much. When I went for my first check up I had lost 22 lbs in a month and she said it wasn't enough. They now have me on a 700-800 calorie diet. This isn't the weight loss doctor this is a doctor at the weight loss clinic. I had the band about 10 years ago, which they had to remove after a week because of infection, I so want this to work this time. Maybe the didn't make the sleeve tight enough? I also had a hernia operation, gallbladder, and they had to fix scar tissue from the lap band operation on the day I had my surgery.
  14. I am also worried that I am going to slow. I try not to compare myself to other people, but I am thinking they missed something in the surgrey and I'm eating to much?
