I had gastric sleeve surgery 4 years ago I lost 123Lb and And kept it off for 2 and a have years I have now gained it all back. I had 2 back surgeries in 4 months time and Could not get out of bed for 8 months which was most of the reason I gained it back But I believe the main reason is I had all my teeth pulled and cannot eat with my dentures I am getting no protein at all I live on club crackers and snack bag of potato sticks.
