    According to my kid, Now take this from a 19 yr old How much validity it has I have no clue, The ACV is suppose to flush out chemicals out of your body which allows water to move around easier and fat cells to break down easier! I have read where ACV will flush out THC so it may work, No doubt it vinegar cleans shower heads and lossens calcium I just think its a scam like the berry craze, and this Hemp oil craze. But who knows if it works for you go for it

    Jake said it we all have been stalled, Mix up your eating a little and do a 12 hour fast - Stop worrying about the per pound loss, this is a journey and your body is fighting back trying to stop the weight lose, stay on plan and you will win

    My kid takes them but he is extreme cross fit athlete, I took one about 3 weeks ago and it was a terrible tummy experience. But may be just me I also agree it is a fad and no proof it does anything but detox the body

    Going to jump in on this one. This part of the journey is harder then losing weight. One week i do great the next week i lose 4 more pounds. Gotta admit never saw this coming. I am getting way to skinny and this is pissing me off
  6. Once you realize you are killing yourself its Game on! I decided to do this and 15 days later went in. No reason to think about it you are killing yourself now and the time has come, you know it! I just wish i would have done it 15 years ago! I agree the sleeve is better then the band, the band is temporary and your past track record suck in terms of being healthy, My only advice is this is a tool and get your workshop in order, Welcome and it will be the best decision you guys have ever made

    Going Rouge! Not that I am the poster child but i have had great success with WLS. I think that is way to much bully poop to do! I took this approach. I know what i did wrong and I know what i have to do To finish this journey 1. I drink as much water as i can to be comfortable, stay hydrated I never have counted ounces 2. I eat as little as possible but eat healthy, I do not have any apps or journals, I just eat right small portions. 3. I only weigh myself twice a month, then average the two per month 4. I really focus on the Vitamins, Minerals and Good clean health choices 5. I hired a Nutritionist to handle the weekly menu, but i do not weigh anything - Common sense on portion and food choices will work 6. I spend my time working out and moving not logging some dang app or journal. Just my view so do not get all wrapped up in the Journey bottom iine cut your calories and work out and keep your vits and minerals and supplements on track - You will shred the weight! FYI i am a male and have no desire to do the paperwork and misc stuff

    Love this thread - EATING IS A PAIN IN THE ASTERICK! To this day i still try and eat fast, and No for me it has not changed, I screw up at least 4 times a week and eat to fast. I have seen this post 100s of times but this is one hard habbit to change, I do the pick all day at food method, I have a heat lamp and put out food for me to just pick at all day, Helps a little but if i get a meal in front of me I eat to fast When you find the solution let me know, same boat as you

    Nausea after four weeks

    I think you need to adjust your food and water intake. It is typical but you my feeling is you are waking up Deprived of protein or water and you are getting a form of sea sick. No doubt if i do not take in eneogh calories or water and go to bed i feel Dizzy and sea sick in the morning. Try filling up 2 hours before you go to bed and and early afternoon. I think you are running low on the Fuel you need to keep going. Have you done a blood test to see your levels? May find out you are low on a VIt like Iron or Vit B that is what is making you light headed
  12. I have no clue about costs to do the skin fixin but My view is simple. You busted your ass to get where you are and I would never get down and out over the last phase, As a female i know this is important to you, but it will work out just stay focused and enjoy the new you! That is real money but if it makes you feel good and you have to make payments for the next year or so, Go for it! you most likely are saving that much in food costs and for sure you will live longer now that you are healthy.     Hospital bag

    Head set My phone and Sweat pants and a T shirt = This is not a vacation so the only goal i had was to get out of the Gown - Those things scare me I always wonder who wore it before me and did they make it. Post Op i got back to my room put on My clothes and walked the halls with my Beats and phone Jamming Pandora. Next day got the hell out early and went home. FYI don't forget deodorant like i did and had to use the hospital sticks! Some cheap ass roll white powder stuff, Had better product in Prison. Key is comfy sweat pants and big shirt, They make you wear there special socks but i brought crocks to walk the hallway. - -

    Do not panic over the next few months you will increase your calories you are not going into starvation mode for sure!

    I was cleared for light cardio 4 weeks and full game on Cross fit and weights at 12 weeks- Good choice you will shred the pounds and get tighter as you are losing weight.

    Welcome to the Stall. Just stay on course and do a search here on how to break a stall. For me it was take more calories in for 3 days then less for 2 then short fasting. Tons of information on here about this issue - Welcome to the loser club and ask away anytime!

    Right to a certain level - I prefer to be with someone who is normal and sincere vs being hot, Do not get me wrong i go blow off some steam with young ones in Foriegn countrys but as for a partner looks do not matter - Attitude is more important. As we get older we just go for the person not the shell they reside in

    I consider myself a expert on this matter - Took me months - I take the fusion bari vitamin daily - However that was not even close enough for me - I hit myself with liquid vitamins due to a higher absorption rate also - Before I go to bed for the night i take a GNC 50 plus scope of powder in a small protein drink. The key is going to be blood tests to see where you are at - Once you get the hang of it the rest is easy. Now I am out of control on this matter and i really think this was a key to my success so you do not have to go this crazy i just chose to do this - Now i do not take all the little white bottles daily about one of them once a week

  20. Yes it gets a ton easier at around 5 weeks for me, The liquid thing is hard for everyone Just do what you can to sip and drink and foods with liquids.     STOP! Your head is messing with you, all i read was negative concerns, Turn that around and think of all the great things that will come from this. You will be healthy and happy and live longer. DO not let the mind games mess with you, as for veggies i just drink the dang things easier, i do not like them much except for potatoes! you got this stay focused and on track and it will be a awesome journey
