jac i saw your ticker you are below goal that is awesome!!!

is the average weight loss in the first month before a fill??? i have seen some tickers and they have lost almost 24 pounds is that pore and post surgery or sice the day they were banded??? i went with what i weighed at the dr. 2 days before surgery. bc when they weighed me at the hospital i was like 8 pounds less than at the dr.s 2 days before which can only be due to the 12 fast.

i am hoping and praying i wont need plastic surgery. my first goal will to get a small piece of sugar free chocolate that is 11 pounds from now. my second goal is 200 pounds and my husband wants me to get a tattoo as far as my ultimate goal i think being healthy and able to play with my kids and have great times in the back of the car with my husband is about the best gift i could give myself.

you are the sweetest fella i know of (except mine) hee hee hee. you have a lot of great thoughts here read up talk to your wife and go with what works for both of you! i know i could NEVER done this with out the support of my husband!!! he is my best friend and my lover and know all my thoughts. it is totally true!!!! i an 4 days post surgery and i am dow a total of 8 pounds from my pre surgery weight!!! yeah me now to figure out how to update the ticker:blushing:

you will do great!!!! and who doesnt like 5 pieces of pizza now and then!!! and if anyone tells you they havent done the same (maybe not with pizza but with something else) they are totally lying to you!!!! you will get the weight off and keep it off and you will look fab!!

judeloren you can do it!!!!! can you have a fill and tighten up a bit??? i would think you losing weight would be great advertisment for the dr. KWIM!!!!! even if it is only 1-2 pounds a week thats is better than not losing or gaining!!! i know it is easy to say and i am not sure how i would feel in your place. 5 pieces of pizza banded WOW:scared2: that is a lot unless they were those tiny little pieces here in NY you get NY pieces tht if you fold them in half you still have a huge piece they are yummy!!!

i would think you would have to eat a pretty big bite to stretch the band itself. i am still on a liquid diet so i convinced a few sipps of his (he didnt want one:blush:) slushie from the gas station would be considered liquid!!!:biggrin:

thanks a bunch joy i appreciate it alot i know i have questions might have to get out of the drug induced stupor first:lol: but i totally look forward to getting some of my questions answered. well off the top of my head do you keep yourself on any type of diet??? i am seeing the dietician tomorrow so i have no ideas about diet and eating..

welcome, i think 10 pounds is impressive from my standpoint. my dr said that i would be able to eat as much as i normally would before the surgery bc the band isnt filled. but i have kept myself from eating all of that other food still i am able to be on soft foods but i havent let myself yet i just let myself go to all clear liquids so when i see dr next week to get a stitch out i will see what he says about more solid foods. and to see if he will fill the band sooner than the 4 weeks heres hoping..
