Im sorry you are so conflicted this is a huge decision try learning some meditation and try journaling to get those feelings out. Dont give up. find your path to peace of mind look deep into your soul

if you get it done in mexico and something goes wrong,, after you return home will you be covered by your reg insurance, or can they refuse to treat you?

I am looking to have excess skin removed from upper arms, upper thighs , tummy, butt, poss chin done, and maybe breast work.How does this all work if you go to Mexico? Do you pay it all up front, can you make payments? is i safe? How do you find someone to do it? and can you fly right after release?

Oh no I'm sorry, it is a time full of major changes! My relationship has gotten better (I"M 10 mos out) but He goes to all support meetings and participated and tries to really learn. Tell him that you don't want this to hurt your relationship and that you would like him to come with you, and learn about what people go through, and how things change. Tell him you want to change and grow with him by your side.

get some papaya enzyme tabs they are awesome n take away the uncomfortable feeling, and the slimes

It is your journey not his, He is along for the ride! Invite him to go to support group with you so He can learn about how to support you and that most people do fine with the surgery. Stay on your path! Stay strong! Let him see others people's journey and their progress!

Does anyone know a good core strengthening program, I want to strengthen muscles but not bulk up.

So I just heard from my bariatric team and the coughing trouble comes from the loss of torso muscle. Wow. Time to build some muscle

Does anyone else have trouble coughing after surgery, it is like I have to cough, but can't cough hard enough, so it's multiple light coughs, not sure if it's because my tummy is so small now, does this make sense?

I think that you should check in with your Dr. or Bariatric program, but a lot of changes are going on with you, a lot of people get emotional, your hormones are in an uproar.

what do you guys do to help improve your loose skin look and feel?

I know people who have been alone and have done fine. For the most part you will be very tired and just want to rest up, keep a phone nearby and ask a friend or neighbor to check in on you.
