I found that adding a green smoothie to my morning routine helped me (go to bathroom too!) -- 7/22/19 -- 268 to 11/5/19 - 207.
I have lost a lot of inches (didn't take them unfortunately before surgery). I am down from 20/22 to a 16.
Definitely get you a few small saucer plates (the ones they sit a coffee cup on). Good luck!

No, we all lose at different rates depending on where we start! Keep up the work.

I'm going into my 9th week (7/22). I experienced a lot of "head hunger," especially while watching tv! I have small cravings, but I just don't have access to it (don't buy anything for the house). Honestly, like BlueAngelEyes, I have to make myself eat sometimes. Just try to slow down while drinking (that's mostly for gas issues!). Just be prepared to keep up your Water and Protein intake (do the Protein Shakes as long as you can in the next few weeks. You got this!

I am right there with you! Headed into my 9th week (sleeved 7/22). I am seeing inches come off more than the bloody numbers on the scale...honestly, I stopped stepping on it. I just do my Water and Protein like others say. I am having issues where I don't really want to eat, but make myself to stay on track with the protein. Things just taste funny!

I'm 5 days late! Ha! Here goes:
1. My personal goal: Be consistent in my meal plans and exercising every day
2. Post-Op - VGS - 46 days
3. 235 - 40 BMI
4. Easy squats (for right now)
5. My fav flaw: I believe in people when I first meet them. **Shrug** I love meeting new people and until people prove me otherwise, I trust them...This has bitten me in the buttocks (in my Forrest Gump voice)...

Sad to hear that you are having a rough time. Definitely consider two things (if you can): get a personal counselor (I had one a little before my surgery) and find a support group (ask NUT team or surgeon's office--people go before and after the surgery). I went through a mild downer about the 3rd week. I think it was withdrawal from alcohol, caffeine, food, everything!). I also work from home, so I am sitting looking at walls ALL day or food commercials! I am 6 weeks post-op and can go to fit classes and it is helping me to be around people. Keep your head up! I love also watching Dr. Voung's videos on YouTube and he keeps me going.

RESET! I agree that there should be some calls to your NUT team/Doc office...I am going to a counselor (before and still)...She reminds me that I have done a lot in the last year and to stay the course. Self-love is crucial, but support is so much needed for us in the journey. I hope you have some support or a way to find some! Good luck!
Also, I found Dr. Voung's videos online (search him -- add a gastric sleeve to his name). He is hilarious but very informative! Maybe worth watching a few of his videos!

Yeah....Well..I have a NUT (that is pretty good, but didn't really give me that--just a "book.")...I am researching and reading a lot and watching great videos. I ordered me a few cookbooks and a food/exercise journal comes today (Amazon is the devil!).

Thank you! I am working on it...one day at a time! I am going to a seminar today that my NUT team has with a plastic surgeon and want to be prepared with some questions :). I am worried about my breasts hanging to the floor!!
