Thank you!! I'm very thankful I ended up with a decent shape. I was afraid I would end up with no shape and a bunch of saggy skin. Not sure if my body will stay this way once I get down to my 2nd goal. I hope so! Thank you again for the nice compliment.

Hi there, Good luck on your procedure! No, it wasn't hard for me to adjust to the bandster eating lifestyle. I was so determined to get the weight off! My best advice is to follow your doctor's orders & WORK OUT!. Eat exactly the way the doctor tell you too.
Now that I am nearly at goal, I am able to eat some of the things I wouldn't have 6 months ago. I am much more aware and cautious about what I am eating... I eat junk in moderation.
The band has changed my life. I love it!!!
