So I guess he just doesn't agree with the decision (he claims he's supportive, but I feel like he should be happy for me). Something I neglected to mention is that we are going through a divorce so I suppose this could have something to do with it, but he doesn't want the divorce, so wouldn't you think he'd be supportive? He still plans to take care of me when I come out of the hospital though so he's not that bad a guy! :) I'm SO excited for the surgery that I went out and bought scrapbooking materials today and started a scrapbook for my journey. So far it has before pictures and a day for a surgery picture too. I will have plenty of space for the "after" pictures! :)

Nope! He is 5 ‘6 and weighs 130...unlike me who is 215 and 5’1...I’ve struggled with my weight since 8th grade!

Hi! I’m brand new here! I’m having a VSG on July 9th and my husband is completely NOT supportive and keeps telling me I’ll regret it. I’m only 5 feet and 1 inch and weigh 215 and I am SO ready for this! Any advice? Thanks so much! Jennifer
