Hey I am in the same boat. Up seven lbs since my last weigh in. I was given a month to get back on track. I have my one year anniversary next month and am really disappointed in myself since I am still not near the physicians goal weight for me which is what I wanted to do by one year. I will do this with you. Very low carb, high protein, lots of exercise.( I am going to the gym to work out 30 min daily). We can do this!! Let me know how your doing ok? Fat Girlie
