1 Month Post Op Gastric Sleeve - Mexican Restaurant

Hi y'all I'm new to the forum. I was sleeved on May 20th so I am in my Soft Foods stage now. My company is having a party at a Mexican Restaurant later this week. What can I eat? I was thinking refried beans and maybe some cheese? I don't they will be low-fat refried beans. What else can I eat?
