I wouldn't have another surgery!!Chillax! I had a 6 month plateau & was feeling freaked but have since lost 23 pounds in a little over a month. Stay on track & focus on exercise & what you eat. Calories in vs calories out still matters. You got this!

What foods are you eating? Is it too early to be concerned about not having enough weight loss? My restriction has lessened and I'm losing at a snail's pace. I'm so concerned. I lost about 5 pounds in June.
Should I have had gastric bypass? How early is it to consider a revision? Help!!

I use flatout wrap has 7 grams of Protein and 9 grams of fiber...only 90 calories. Everyone is different I was fine with eggs..I have Turkey bacon. Raw collyflower bothers me..get dry heaves. Are you sure it was the sausage? eggs are always iffy for me. Sometimes (mostly sunnyside up) they are okay but other times they come right back up, or make me feel so awful I swear off them for months. I've also found that I can eat newly cooked rice or noodles, but leftovers are a no-no. You'll soon figure out what to avoid--I tried things and if they didn't work in the beginning, I kept testing until it seemed clear I was never going to tolerate some things well. I couldn't eat chicken until about year six, and only dark meat. I still can't eat most bread, it just balls up inside and feels terrible. Strangely enough, toast is okay.

I was eating little over 300 calories. I get full. I eat about less than 700 calories. Had surgery may 1 this yearI am currently on my third week (yes, the dreaded stall stage) however, my main concern is that I have a large appetite. When I eat, I do get full after about three or four bites of a meal, but I am able to down an entire pudding cup, and am able to drink easily. My question is this: what was your calorie count within your first month post op? And did anyone else experience having an active appetite. My sister also had vsg done, and she said she was nauseous all the time...I hardly ever feel nauseous at all. Please help.

I'm down 80 pounds.i measure my food..I dont eat any unhealthy foods right now..just eating like your on a diet.im about 43 pounds away from my goal.. I'm 5'6 the closer you get it takes longer.you have to watch what your eating..some people think when you hav dr any of these surgery's that you can eat anything..but it's not true..this is only so you dont over eat. Right now I choose to finish losing my weight then see how I feel.this is a life time. I wish everyone fast and healthy recovery. God Bless
