  1. Hey to all my BariatricPals who have lost 100 lbs or more what exercise routines worked best for you? I’m 10 weeks post gastric sleeve and my goal is to lose 160 pounds! My surgeon said I’m going to have to work hard to lose this much weight. So I just joined my local YMCA and have started taking Water exercise classes and Zumba. Of course I was told that walking is good. I’m just curious about the “secrets” of the success of those of you who have already lost 100 pounds…
Hi I had the sleeve done may 1 2019..I started a diet Jan 1 2019 those some weight before surgery. I lost 50 pounds. Then I lost from may 1 to now another 52 pounds.to be honest I didnt exercise. But I have noticed that I been on a standstill for a month with no weight loss. I want to lose 20 more pounds. I'm 5/6 I was 299 down to 195 with clothes on..i want to be 175.

  2. Are you sure it was the sausage? eggs are always iffy for me. Sometimes (mostly sunnyside up) they are okay but other times they come right back up, or make me feel so awful I swear off them for months. I've also found that I can eat newly cooked rice or noodles, but leftovers are a no-no. You'll soon figure out what to avoid--I tried things and if they didn't work in the beginning, I kept testing until it seemed clear I was never going to tolerate some things well. I couldn't eat chicken until about year six, and only dark meat. I still can't eat most bread, it just balls up inside and feels terrible. Strangely enough, toast is okay.
I use flatout wrap has 7 grams of Protein and 9 grams of fiber...only 90 calories. Everyone is different I was fine with eggs..I have Turkey bacon. Raw collyflower bothers me..get dry heaves.

  3. I am currently on my third week (yes, the dreaded stall stage) however, my main concern is that I have a large appetite. When I eat, I do get full after about three or four bites of a meal, but I am able to down an entire pudding cup, and am able to drink easily. My question is this: what was your calorie count within your first month post op? And did anyone else experience having an active appetite. My sister also had vsg done, and she said she was nauseous all the time...I hardly ever feel nauseous at all. Please help.
