  1. Welcome! The time will go by and you'll be all ready to go! Most people have to do 6 months of a supervised diet so you're actually better off. But we all get through it together. You'll be fine!
  2. My surgical clearance is done! I have all of the prescriptions I'm going to need after surgery and I'm just waiting to hear from the hospital about scheduling my seminar and blood work. And to boot I lost 1.5 lbs! I'm so ready!
  3. You're awesome!
  4. You're awesome! Thirty pounds is great!

    Love this outfit!!
  6. Love the new hair! I know it may be to hide the loss but it suits you. And you look great. The stall will break. Don't worry.

I WANT THAT DRESS... when I'm skinny. Lol.
  8. I'm getting to anxious. Tomorrow is my surgical clearance appt with the NP at my surgeon's office. After that I just have to go to the seminar a week before, and get blood work, and start my pre-op diet on the 29th! It seems like forever but it's going to go super fast I have a feeling. I'm anxious.
  9. No girl it's my everyday. I'm just so happy I work for a company that allows casual dress.
  10. Hello! Good luck on your surgery and pre-op diet!
  11. I'm looking forward to being able to pick something up off the floor next to my bed. Right now I can't fit.
  12. I haven't had surgery yet so I can't opine over what to bring besides saying KCGirl is totally right about the socks. But good luck! Embrace the nervousness and turn it into positive thoughts. You're going to be fine, you're going to change your life. You WILL be happier in the long run. Positive affirmations.
  13. Mine is one week. It's Full liquids with two servings of either fruit or veggies per day. They want me to make sure I get 80-90 g of Protein in per day.
  14. I'm being sleeved on August 5th. We can totally do this!
  15. I have an Apple Watch and to be honest it sucks at tracking steps. I haven't done a lot more strenuous exercise but I know you can *start* workouts. We'll see how it goes when I add in other stuff. 800 calories in one exercise session seems like a lot. I would tend to side with MFP. But either way just keep it up and you're doing great! The exercise is the important part and you're rocking it if you're burning that much.
  16. I'm having surgery August 5th (sleeve) and I'm honestly so EXCITED that none of the shade bothers me. I'm ready to get on the losers bench and I've never had an emotional attachment to food (gained the weight from being on a medicine I'm no longer on) and I have read SO much I feel like I know this process inside and out. I'm going to ROCK this !?
  17. I only have a 1 week diet so I start the 29th. It’s a different diet then I’ve seen on here, it’s full liquids with also 2 servings of either fruit or vegetables a day.
  18. EEEEEEEEEEEEEEE I just got my insurance approval so I am officially August 5th! I'm so excited I could burst!
  19. Yeah hard pass. But the lizard is cute!
  20. Ha! I think going through all this already gives you street cred...
  21. Haven't had surgery yet but good to know. The hubby and I might get into it cause he likes it cold. But if I invest in a heated blanket I should be fine.
  22. Well that really sucks but I'm happy for your sake that they found SOMETHING causing it. Sending healing thoughts.
