I am wondering if doctor will tell them what I am having surgery on or speak to ones on my list while the ones, I don't want to know are present or have visitors come, the nurse or doctor may talk to me in front of them. Wait to you lose your weight he is going be so sorry he left but girl keep going forward. I do think it is a good ideal to do things he never wanted to and enjoy yourself. Food I wonder if you can have a grape. They say freeze them then it's like a popsicle, just don't swoll it just suck. I am at the end of my required insurance requirements. But I should be excited, but before I started this process I was already depressed. From babysitting my grandchildren, day and night not a moment for me. While I have the time this week but I am doing nothing. I should because I don't have the little one I do have the 9yr old (she mostly takes care of herself) my daughter is on vacation. I am staying up all night sleeping all day. My house work is not being completed. Have a son who just overdosed, scared the crap out of me and his drug use is driving me crazy. Plus my marriage has been hard but it's our 37 anniversary this Wednesday. For some reason we really don't talk. He sits in other room, watching TV and on his fb and I sit in the living room on phone. He fusses because I am on the phone all the time but it's my only connection to the outside word. I do postive things online as well, I read my Bible, do research and do other productive things. I just need to do something for me. I have put everyone first to long and need to do something for myself, instead of seating on this couch and die. For some reason I don't want to go get in bed with him, I just fall asleep on my couch. I know I could do better for him but I am just worn out. I know he works hard for us but of but I am just so depressed. My health mentally and physically needs this surgery. I know the surgery itself, you go through depression but I know eventually on this journey, I will feel more postive. Then I will rise up and take care of them and find myself in this process. I actually see a therapist but the physiracterist that test me for my insurance approval said he wanted me to come see him every 3mths after the surgery and maybe then I might get it together. You would think they would encourage it, knowing it is money in the doctors hand. I would had to say. I may not be as other pat9 you might see but my health is at stake and I am excited that I lost 10 and if I could lose weight on my own I would have already accomplished that. Kinda concerned about the psychological evaluation. I am diagnosed with Bipolar but don't have the highs and lows. I am afraid once he sees that he won't approve me. My provider for mental health said for me to not be disappointed if they say no. That makes me nervous, they act your crazy and can't make rash decisions. I am aware of the emotional aspect of depression after the surgery. I think I will be fine. Is there anything that you have learned from your evaulations that could prepare me?

Busy GastricSleeve Day. Tomorrow is going to be a busy day. I have 3 appointments 1 is not for the sleeve. I go to see my own therapist first appointment, then nutritional class and then the psychiatric testing results , this is the one I am nervous and worried about. I so hope I pass with all my issues. Your going to see your surgeon from often to check on your progress so you don't want to always be waiting but then your surgeon maybe the best.
