    :thumbup: Hello.., 1st week after surgery... I am going today for my first post opp. app. and I am down 20 lbs.
    Soo.. excited and ready to loose more...
    Clear lqud has been tough, but I made it.
    Any suggestions, on my next step, "the mushies" ??
