1. mamakoch is this a recent problem or is it worse now than post op? I ask because they usually make sure you have good “output” before releasing you from hospital.
This seems like more to me than just not enough Fluid intake or that you are drinking coffee. are there any other factors like frequent diarrhea? That can cause dehydration and lead to low potassium. You could also have a UTI. It might be a good idea to bring this up with your surgeon or your primary care physician and run a few basic tests to make sure things are going along ok.
Also ... Try not to worry about when you need to step back or take things slow, better slow and know it’s going right.

I was in the hospital yesterday and I did the hydration thing. I had 400 mL of fluids pumped into my veins. I'm getting an ultrasound of my gallbladder next Friday because of facility issues. But before the surgery I had IBM and no I barely go and it's white...fun times

2. At a bariatric group meeting we discussed what was termed rescue foods. These are healthy foods that we keep with us whether in the car, a purse or backpack that are readily available for satisfy a hunger pang or craving. In your case since you crave sweets a good Protein Bar could be the answer. For me I portioned out 1/4 cup of nuts or shelled sunflower seeds and used them. I also use the costco brand Protein Bars. The key is to not use the rescue food as an all day snack. If you start snacking then you will in all probability start regain weight.
As for holiday gatherings, after WLS I tend to stay away from the food and concentrate more on talking with others. I'm also minding the kids while everyone else is eating. This way no one notices that I'm not eating since they are themselves occupied with eating.

I like the nut idea but dk when I can have them. Also I do all the cooking.... It's hard to stay away

3. I had RNY surgery a year ago but I'm still lacking in making solid connections with others. It's hard to relate when I feel like I always have a secret to hide (loose skin, surgery, etc.) It would be nice to make some new friends and maybe even more! I'd prefer to talk through messages and not through the public forums, so feel free to message! [emoji4] Hopefully I'm not speaking to the wind.

It won't let me message [emoji21]

4. I hate men like that....make us look bad.. Insensitive. Insecure. Sad man.
I've never understood it.last night I asked if he's noticed and he said yes, in my face and ass but he doesn't want me to look anorexic either. He said when we got together I was hot and I still am ...for now .

5. Major changes always put relationships to test, be it a romantic one or not.
"Major changes" not only meaning weight loss. It can mean e. g. having kids, entering the work force or leaving the work force, a chronic illness etc. - I'll bet the people being in long term relationships know what I'm talking about.
I know exactly what you mean
