got very sick from regular Vitamins i would vomit them up as soon as i would take them so i switched to patches! life savers!!

100 pounds down im so glad i made this change anyone debating do it

hit a small stall but didnt give up upped my Protein and exercise and kept on

i was so anxious but im so so happy i did it!!

Anybody on here used the cpap machine before surgery and have crazy gas in the morning... I tend to burp a lot and fart a lot some days.. Other days nothing.. My question is have you been on the machine before surgery and did you use it after surgery.. I don't want to use it after if it's gonna create more gas inside my pouch and then have complications afterwards...

Most likely I will follow my Drs orders and see what he says...

I am so sick of being sick with Constipation. I had stalled so upped my Protein again. That worked but found that is what gives us constipation. Drank half bottle of magnesium citrate, took some Miralax and may have to have a couple more doses of Miralax before the day is over. Yes have been taking Fiber too! This is getting old for sure.

I was up within 2 hours of my surgery walking the halls! Now 1 month out still no issues!!
