You're gonna be fine. Continue eating on plan. Don't stray. You could potentially keep losing during PG or you might only gain a few pounds if you're very careful and the payout will be that both you AND baby will be healthier for it! Keep the crap out of your diet and do NOT eat emotionally. ((hugs))
This is gonna be ok! It looks positive to me. But as @CurvyMom advised, retest Monday morning then get in to see your surgeon, nutritionist, AND get your OB/GYN on board immediately. You are probably already a high risk pregnancy, but if not, you will be because of the surgery.
Don't freak or stress. This is a blessing.

Don’t get me wrong if we are we will be super grateful but this i just feel this is to soon. WAAY to soon for my comfort anyway. We planned on trying after a year.. I know they said me being 23 will make me more fertile than most. So we used condoms, pulled out, and spermicide lube. I can’t use birth control it fucks with my body to much. Has anyone gotten pregnant this soon? How was everything? Were you and the baby okay? Was the baby healthy? I’ve lost so much weight but I’m just barely half way to my goal I have 73 more lbs to go to get to my goal. I’m currently 233lbs and was 330lbs at my biggest so I’ve lost 97lbs(46lbs before surgery) I mean I’m still loosing weight I’ve lost two lbs since yesterday. But I don’t know I’m worried it’s to soon. Because they do specifically say wait 12-18 months.

So I’m almost three months out. We used protection so please don’t tell me I should’ve used it. I’m just really scared tbh. I just want your guys opinion on this test. I feel like/hope it’s a false positive but I don’t know it looks like it could be colorless but then it looks like it might have color. Please no negative energy I’m already freaking out. Before surgery we tried for four years had several losses due to weight and medical issues like diabetes and high blood pressure. Then we stopped so I could get surgery my biggest fear was getting pregnant before I got the surgery. Then it was getting pregnant to soon after surgery. Because it seems like when you don’t want to conceive that’s when it happens.

Go to your surgeon and Ob-gyn and see them as soon as possible. While not recommended, this is not uncommon, and they can work out a plan for you.
"Pregnancy after gastric bypass can be safe and healthy if managed well by you and your health care provider. Research suggests that pregnancy after weight-loss surgery might be safer for both mother and baby than pregnancy complicated by obesity." - mayo Clinic
    Good luck!
Since "pulling out" doesn't work that well, maybe after the baby, you might try a birth control method without hormones like a Paragard IUD or a diaphragm.

I would take one more test Monday morning and call the doctor. If that test is within the timeframe (usually 3 minutes) it’s pretty clear to me. But I would retest cuz I am a nut like that.
Best of luck and everything will work out great!

I wasn’t worried during the whole three year process of trying to get it done. A week before my surgery I lost my mind and was all of a sudden scared that I might die in surgery(literally hit me like a brick wall). My mom(who also had gastric bypass had the same dr as me) told me it’s like taking a bandaid off for them. I even looked up the chances of death(I thought it was stupid of me but it oddly made me feel better) and you have a higher chance of dying from gallbladder or hip surgery. I was so scared I even watched a video of the surgery being performed to see what might go wrong. My mom said I was crazy but they did it with ease and it made me feel better 😂

I agree, you've lost 46lb in less than eight weeks you've done really well, I can't see how that is stalling.
You are not going to lose weight every single day nor even every single week. There are also the natural stalls that most people have following surgery even if they are not eating many calories. Immediately following surgery there is inflammation and very likely Fluid retention, and then as the post op food phases are progresses which usually result in stalls, all these are natural and fairly typical. Again they may be more stall as exercise is introduced and then intensified.

When was your surgery date and how much have you lost so far? Any non scale victories? Just curious I love reading everyone accomplishments.
I had my surgery March 27,2019 so I’m just over two months out. My highest weight was 330lbs I lost about 46lbs before surgery so I was around 284lbs the day of surgery. Just weighed in this morning and was 238.8lbs. So I’m 8.8lbs from loosing a total of 100lbs. I’ve lost around 46 lbs after surgery. Feeling so much better! All of my clothes are to big and the clothes I’ve had since high school(hoping I’d be able to fit into them eventually) fit perfectly some are a lil snug but that hopefully won’t be an issue for to long. I’ve had some personal non scale victories like I was able to move my tummy back a little and actually see my below area to shave WITHOUT doing awkward positions with a mirror 😂. I can sit on the couch with my knees to my chest. I was able to actually have sex without having pains in my chest from all the pressure from the fat. With that being said my sex drive is FINALLY back. And I am starting to be able to see my feet again. I can walk more without being out of breath I still get sweaty easily when walking outside but that’s not a big issue. I haven’t had to take my diabetes medicines since leaving the hospital and about a month ago I got taken off my blood pressure medicines. Since being taken off my bp meds my heart rate gets high quickly they said I need to retrain my heart muscles since it didn’t have to work to hard with the beta blockers for the 4-5 years I was on it. I haven’t taken my anxiety/depression meds since surgery either.

In an effort to embrace reality and with a healthy dose of encouragement from “Shrill”, I decided I’m wearing a bikini this summer. stretch marks, scars, loose skin and all. All of these bathing suits are at Target. I bought the red one in a smaller size.
STATS: I’m 202lbs. I’m 7 months post gastric bypass and I’ve lost 119 lbs. My goal weight is 145. Yes, I plan to have plastic surgery down the road but that won’t fix my brain so I’ve been working on that for now.
Don’t leave me hanging -- PLEASE POST YOUR BATHING SUIT OPTIONS FOR SUMMER!

Congrats on a successful surgery! You'll move in and out of those high school clothes faster than you can imagine. That was the only slightly frustrating thing - having to buy transition clothes and wearing them for only a short time. I went from a size 18 to old pairs of 16s and 14s I had around. Then I was finally able to buy 12s at a thrift store. I skipped right past size 10 and picked up 8s (again at thrift stores). When those got too big and I was nearing my goal weight I finally bought some size 6 jeans at nicer stores. I've surpassed my goal another 15 pounds and can actually fit into size 4 now but since I don't anticipate staying at this weight long term I'm not going nuts buying a bunch of size 4.
Sex is a nice NSV. I have a lot more sensitivity, flexibility and endurance than I did before.
I love being able to cross my legs.
Shoe shopping is a lot more fun. I don't need wide width shoes anymore and my feet don't hurt as much carrying around all the weight that was previously there. I could wear my wedges at a wedding last weekend for several hours and they never became uncomfortable. I might be able to tolerate heels now!
Exercising is a lot easier. I exercise for fun and its actually fun now. Bike riding and dancing, even just evening walks with my husband aren't as difficult and I'm more willing to do it. I do need to start a muscle building regime though because I lost all the padding on my butt and my tailbone hurts A LOT with sitting a long time and hard chairs are awful.
Shaving my legs is easier. So is painting my toe nails. Shaving my arm pits is NOT. They are a lot more concave and I can't quite figure out how to maneuver the razor.
