Ugh is anyone else going off the rails a little?! I've been eating foods that are so shitty for me after doing amazing on my diet for the last 6 months. I'm supposed to start my 2 week liquid diet on June 5th BUT I'm going to do a 3 or 4 week liquid or low carb diet to get back on track. I plan on starting that this coming Sunday.

Welcome to all my newbie babes!!!! How is everyone feeling for far? I have 37 days until surgery but who's counting lol. I start my liquid diet next Sunday because even though they only require 2 weeks I want to make sure my ass is on point with my health day of surgery. I've been working on a reward chart for each 5 lbs or so I lose and when. I get to 30 lbs lost, I'm going to see Manson and Rob Zombie again

Mine is going to be Sushi. Sushi is the food of the Gods lol. I have a mandatory 2 week pre op diet but I'm going to start it a week early. Btw Slash is my future husband. So is Nikki Sixx though LOL

It makes me happy that we actually have a great group of people who we can turn to if needed. I mean unless you're embarking on this journey, you cant fully understand how exciting, scary, and wonderful this is. A great example is my wonderful husband, he supports me but I know I drive him nuts talking about it lol. Smashing Pumpkins helped get me through high school but so did 80s hair bands lol my parents raised me loving the 80s even though I'm a 90s baby (lol) and Nirvana and Smashing Pumpkins were ahead of their time.

Someone told me if you're a fan of pumpkin pie to buy pumpkin pie spice and put it in a vanilla protein shake and it tastes like a pumpkin pie latte. I tried it and it is effing amazing lol

I hope they move you up! I met dr Paul today and he seemed really nice. Apparently they are scheduled so far out because he will be gone for 2 weeks before my surgery for his wedding.

I have a 2 yr old, 5yr old, and 9 yr old. Have you told your kids yet? I did my oldest 2 and they are pretty excited they're always shaking my belly saying "jiggle jiggle jiggle" lmao. I just started low carb meal prepping.

I have a blender cup for my shakes, a new blender, an instant pot for soups, sf jello, sf pudding, stretchy pants, 3 tubs of unjury protein powder, one body fortress protein powder, a food scale, and vitamins. Downloaded baritastic and log it regularly. I also got a **** ton of spices to spice it up a little because I get bored with repetitive food lol.

I really do hope you get a date close to mine lol it'd be nice staying at the hospital and actually knowing someone lol
