I had my surgery on March 14th, and had a very similar experience with feeling like garbage for 72 hours. I got home the day after and for nearly 3 days I thought something was wrong with how tired I was. Now I am back to normal. Unfortunately I seem to still be hungry. I had my 5 day post op visit with the doc and she said that perhaps as I go into the pureed stage it will go away.
