Hi, I m 1 month post op Bypass. It just seems impossible to get the Protein in. Sick n tired of protein shakes:(
Any one got creative with making protein a bit interesting? Please share

I m new here . I had my bypass surgery around 15 days ago, but still am sore around incision areas. Any idea how long does it take for the pain to go away completely ?
I would really appreciate Any suggestions on making my recovery better. Thanks!

No redness but yes a little tender though, around incision area. I think I should give it a few more days to heal.
