For those of you that work at night what is your eating and exercising schedule. I'm trying to figure this out before I return to work which is a 12hr night shift.

Lucky you with one dayI guess I am lucky -- my doctor is only requiring a liquid pre-op diet for one day. And I have been told NOT to drink Protein Drinks before surgery as they cause weight gain.
Good luck!

AwesomeI only had to do mines for 5 days and with only liquids. (Sf Jello, sf popsicles, Protein Shakes, Water, Gatorade g2, and broth) I lost 10 pounds in those 5 days.

So my pre-op diet starts officially on May 30 but I started yesterday just so I could adjust. Mine consist of 4-5 Protein Shakes and 2 cups of veggies . How much did you lose on your pre-op diet. I have to do this for 14 days

I have gerd also but i have been told by alot of doctors that they would recommend the bypass over the sleeve because that is what the bypass was to do before they relized it also helped people also loose weight i did alot of studing for past 12 years on both before i desided bypass was best for me but it also is something you would have to deside cause if the do the sleeve and if the gerd dont fix they can fix it to the bypass but thats just more surgery time. Just letting you know
